OnePlus 12, Featuring Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, Officially Launched in India: Price, Specifications, Bank Offers, and More

 

OnePlus has introduced its flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 12, in India, featuring the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. This launch closely follows the debut of another Android flagship, the Samsung Galaxy S24 series, revealed at the Galaxy Unpacked event.

OnePlus 12 Specifications:

The OnePlus 12 boasts a 6.82-inch 2K ProXDR display with a resolution of 3168x1440, 510 pixels per inch (PPI), and LTPO technology, enabling automatic refresh rate adjustment from 1Hz to 120Hz based on displayed content. Marketed as having the brightest smartphone display, it achieves a peak brightness of 4500 nits.

Featuring a punch-hole style notch for the selfie camera, the front glass is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on the front and Corning Glass 5 on the back.

Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, coupled with the Adreno 750 GPU for graphics-intensive tasks, the OnePlus 12 incorporates the Trinity Engine platform. This platform promises a faster and smoother experience during gaming, application switching, and multitasking.

Camera Setup:

The OnePlus 12 sports a triple camera setup on the back, including a 50MP primary camera with Sony IMX581 lens and OIS/EIS support, a 64MP OmniVision OV64B telephoto sensor with up to 6X in-sensor zoom and 120x digital zoom (OIS + EIS support), and a 48MP Sony IMX581 ultra-wide sensor with a 114° field of view and EIS support. For selfies and video calls, a 32MP front-facing camera with EIS is provided.

Housing a 5,400 mAh battery, the OnePlus 12 supports fast charging through 80W SUPERVOOC Fast Charging and 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging. Remarkably, the smartphone can go from 0 to 100% in just 26 minutes using a 100W SUPERVOOC wired charger.
